I ordered a bigger size than my daughter wears in regular shoes, since most ballet shoes run small and the reviews suggested these do as well. She normally wears a 10 in shoe, and I'd recently ordered her a size 11 narrow of the capezio brand and they were wearable but no room to grow. I ordered a size 12.5 of these and they fit great. Not right, a little room for growing but not a lot of extra material at the toes. They are very pink, like the picture- not the lighter ballet peachy/nude pinks. Idk if they will work for recitals, depending on the studio's preference, but they will work for practices at least and are a good fit at a reasonable cost.

Bought 11 little kid which is a size up for my child.
Still too small. The next size when you scroll the size options is 1.5 little kid and goes up to 12 little kid....
Should have gone with 12 because 1.5 is the big kid size, and way too big. Maybe a no Brainerd for others, but I'm onto the 3rd try getting the size right.
