I had some sauce like this in Cancun Mexico and it was addicting!! Needs to have a lot more heat! the taste is ok but disappointed with this purchase, And the name QUINTANA is really a big deal where I'm from and Mexico.

Not sure if I"m wild about this though it is interesting. The tomatillo and avocado flavors don't seem very compelling wtih chips but I enjoyed this salsa using it instead of cocktail sauce on shrimp. It packs some good heat. Good if you want to try something different.

These salsas have the best, most uniques flavor ever, with the right amount of kick. Great on EVERYTHING! However, I am concerned because none of the bottles "popped" on opening. Could have been easily been tampered with. Also, says, "Refridgerate after opening, use with-in 3 weeks". They weren't sealed and I have no idea how long they've been packaged, sitting around, "open", without refridgeration. Will be contacting Amazon.
