The product is a lot bigger than we expected which is nice. The star is cute and soft. We were ecstatic when this arrived for our baby girl just in time for Christmas. My spouse and I loved our glow worms growing up and decided to buy this star from the reviews and also a light up sparkly pink unicorn. We were disappointed when we realized we ordered the unicorn "without music" we immediately placed an order for another light up white unicorn that included music. Recovering from our disappointment we eagerly placed batteries into the LED star and were delighted to know that at least one of our daughters light up stuffed animals played music. The second we pressed that music button my spouse and I looked at each other in horror. We couldn't cancel that music unicorn order fast enough. The music that plays from this cute LED star is the exact music you would experience walking through the scary doll section of a haunted house. It's not just music, it's children singing as well. The fluff gives it just enough muffle that it needs to summon demons. We went through the entire playlist and decided that maybe one song wouldn't terrify our daughter. Now don't get me wrong, Halloween is my absolute favorite holiday and if it were up to me I'd have my decorations up all year. I love me some spooky season, but the music is a little much for my sweet little lady. Buy this for an adult who would appreciate the creepy, satanic music inside the cute LED star. And yes, we are keeping it because it's too damn funny not to.

Baby loves this toy, however it uses a lot of batteries. We turn it off when not in use to try to conserve. We've changed batteries 3 times. Other light up toys that we use nore often have not needed a battery change yet. We're buying reusable batteries so we can afford to use this toy.
