I bought this for my 12 year old granddaughter back in February. She uses it everyday. At this time there area at least 7 straps that are broken. Everything else is working great and she loves it. However she soon won't be able to use it. How can I purchase these straps or get them as a free replacement?

I am 69 years old, I have struggled for years to find an exercise that I both enjoy, and can comfortably physically do. I have had ellipticals, bicycles that were stationary, standard, 10 speed, and finally electric, and all of this stuff ends up in the charity bins! When I ordered the rebounder, I felt guilty for trying some thing else. I had been walking Which was great until I fell And had trouble getting home. Then weather is another issue ! So for this rebounder: I put my AirPods in get on this and have to time myself to stop. I feel safe on it, the handle is a great feature, and the rebounding does not hurt my knees. I feel tighter and energized after a 15 to 20 minute workout. I have been using this several months and as much as I love it, I will upgrade to a more expensive model in the next few months I have noticed it is starting to sag In the middle, which is not a good thing, especially for low impact workouts to protect your knees I am 138 pounds, so I don't think I have put too much weight on it. The rebounder is still tight, sturdy, It does not take up much room, I've never had to fold it, or wanted to fold it. If I do upgrade, the grand children are begging for this one!

Silly me! Obviously I wasn't thinking... I thought I'd be able to store this trampoline under my bed, but at a minimum, you must remove the vertical handlebar. For me, the height measurement with the legs attached is nearly 9 inches. Clearance under my bed is only 5 1/2. Opening the folded trampoline can be a bit difficult for a single person. The stretch is very strong. Instructions show several options for doing this. Be careful. It popped me backwards on my bum! But I love this and am using it every day. Thankful I have room to leave it assembled.

I am about 220 pounds and 6 ft tall. This is a very stable trampoline. I've been using it frequently for the past few weeks and have no complaints.

I love this trampoline! It is so much fun to exercise!!!! It is more of a workout than it looks. 30 minutes on this trampoline is said to be equal to an hour and a half of running. It has a balance bar that is removable. I would recommend the bar to help you stabilize (especially with more active exercises). It is easy to install & is compact (fits in a living room or garage)! Definitely worth the cost!
