This suitcase arrived used - I am in a crunch for a business trip and it arrived covered in dog/cat/gerbil/ferret who knows what hair, reeking of chemicals, and scratches on all sides. Might have been able to overlook that, but part of why I bought this was the lock combination. The instructions that should have been inside were also missing so now I have no idea how to reset it. Overall upset.
