These are my first foray into "chews". They start out with a tart scent, give my tongue a complicated flavor burst & then dissolve into a mouthful of little bits of stuff rather like the inside of macaroons without the coconut flavor or sugar sweet. I have to wash my mouth out after. At 40 calories a pop a bit expensive for this non-insulin-dependent Diabetic @ a serving per day = 80 calories & 40 bucks a bag! Do they give me an energy boost? More like a stamina surge although my blood pressure responds well & that's good! ;-D

I've only had this for a few days so I can't speak to any of the benefits but I can say they're tasty. They are not too sweet, but are soft & chewy. The only negative as of right now is the cost. They are pricy.

I don't care for the taste or the texture. At first bite and first chew it was OK. But it seems like I'm chewing this stuff forever and ever. It goes on and on becoming more intense in taste and more disgusting. Then it becomes very grainy. It became way too much for me. Next time I chopped it up and put it a shot glass with bottled water until it melted. I knocked it back and chased it with a glass of water. I still gagged. Now, I just throw it in my morning smoothie, but I can still taste it. I don't know if I've noticed any benefits yet but I remain confident that I will begin to feel them soon. If you can tolerate the taste of this stuff, all I can say is "more power to you"!

We bought these because a recent visit to the doctor revealed my blood pressure is getting higher. I take enough pills as it is, and am not wanting to add more. Soooo, We took the plunge and ordered these. The other reviews are good, BUT. The tastes of these are OUTSTANDING! I tried one when I picked up the mail. They are DELCIOUS! I know this sounds odd.....but they taste like CHRISTMAS!!! YES, yes I know that is odd, they have a flavor that is reminiscent of the holidays. In any event, I ate all but 7 pieces on the way home. In the gist of the entire thing, I do feel better, I will know more when I return to the doctor next month, in the meantime we will be ordering more!!!! They finish with a flavor like chocolate raspberry. Get them, if for nothing else the flavor!!! Hope you enjoy them!!
