These pom poms are pretty nice for the price. I got them just for my daughter who is 5 to practice her cheers at home. The finger holes are pretty big so she complains they hurt and are hard to hold. I have tried them and found them to be pretty easy to hold and do not hurt so I think they work for bigger hands. The pom poms look okay but I would have liked them to be abit more round and full all over. When I first opened the pack two poms that lost some of their foil pieces right out of the packaging. Overall they are good for practice.
