We bought this in June and it worked fine"¦.after a few months, it stopped working. After contacting the seller, they advised on why it wasn't working (power too low for our appliance), and helped us upgrade to the right version. I bought this because I had things that needed 220V and it served its purpose perfectly. However, it is very big and heavy to be traveling with it. Since I don't use it to travel it is great for me, but I think all converters are this big so travelling will be a problem in most cases, it is not because of the product choice.
