• •When the thin plate opener is used, the front end of the electric drill and the cutter are first inserted into the circular hole of the opener, so that the cutter is connected with the electric drill and locked. Then the three branches on the shelf and the stud screw are tightened to prevent the slippage of the opener shelf; the ruler rod is inserted upward into the small square hole of the shelf with the left to right positioning needle, and finally the top can be adjusted and tightened according to the size of the arc cut.
