This tackle dummy is perfect for my 8 year old who this is his first year of tackle football. He can practice tacklng, blocking,and defensive maneuvers multiple times. It helped him build his confidence as he only gets a couple of reps while in practice. The dummy is well built for the money. I looked for a used one and only paid a few dollars more for this one. The bonus on this one is that it can stand on its own as well. He also plans on using this dummy when he signs up for karate as well.
