Swivels to get around the entire bowl. Tilts up to use as a drinking fountain after brushing BUT ! don't try the fountain with the spray setting. Unless you plan on washing your face ( and shoulders, chest, back of your head, ect....)

This sprayer has two features that are quite useful...one is a nice, full spray that can be adjusted to a lighter spray or a fuller spray and the other feature is just a steady stream/flow if you choose not to use the spray...I read a lot of comments from many other products and this sprayer had quite a few positive ones with happy customers...and moderately priced....it is very attractive as well....so far I am very pleased.

The threaded area is too short and the head will fall off of the pipe when you try to adjust it. But the seller gave me a refund, so if it doesn't work you can just return it!
