The 3M tape is the best I've found. Great adhesion and lasts. The backer is a little difficult to get off but once you do it is easy to take off the rest of the way and apply. Cuts easily with box cutter or scissor, making it easy to get those custom lengths and shapes.

Used to mount a ducklip tail spoiler on my car, even with heavy rain, over 100 degree weather, below freezing temperatures, and high speed wind from driving over the last 6 months it hasn't budged at all. I check it every once in a while but it is solid

This is legitimate 3M VHB tape, although it is not the 3M VHB tape used on GoPro mounts, this tape is very thin, so keep an eye out. Make sure you get the type of tape you want, this is thin, tape great for keeping your molding on your car or some other thing, but it is not the right tape for securing GoPro mounts.
