OEM product. Arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I however during the bleeding process opened the cap too soon and it of course....sprayed coolant everywhere. I sat the radiator cap off to the side and then heard the pop and the pressure seal popped out. I was able to replace it and I believe that is normal and what it was supposed to do. However, I ran to the local automotive store and bought and aftermarket cap. It is doing the job. I am still working on the car so It still overheats (water pump), but this cap fixed the problem of the disappearing coolant without leaks! I will have it as a backup and once I confirm it is okay to use after it snapped. I will actually put this back on and keep the aftermarket as a backup. They are cheap enough cost wise. My original cap lasted 186K miles!

Working with no issues. Replaced the original cap on a 2003 Honda CR-V. Someone had added an extra rubber washer at some point. Might have been the dealership when they did a coolant exchange 5 years ago. I replaced the original cap because I found the radiator hose had collapsed. Problem fixed with new cap. Seems to be providing the appropriate 16lbs of pressure with no leaks from any hoses or water pump.
