Problem with return

We have used the Whistle on our previous dogs and have been very satisfied. We got a another dog and imediately ordered another whistle. Unfortunately we had to return the dog and also returned the whistle gps. We mailed the whistle back in a box that that protected the whistle gps and mailed it back according to the instructions from Amazon. The box was a perfect fit and once housed a lease that we also bought from Amazon. Somehow we got credited for the lease and now been informed that we will be charged for the whistle we returned. We cannot get in touch with Amazon to correct this matter and are frustrated. Please help!

I absolutely love this- my only complaints are that the battery only lasts about 2 days before needing to be charged again (but it is easy and quick, I just plug it in at night) and the Health Insights page lags on the app. The device is small and light... fit great on my dog's collar and does not bother him. The real-time tracking function is great if they get out, but it will kill the battery quickly so only use it in case of emergency. You can have multiple people on the account and set safe places like daycare or the vet, and it is nice to be able to monitor licking and scratching behavior. This is waterproof- my dog wears it swimming all the time. This is the best. I can even put his profile information in the app and I love monitoring his exercise. Definitely worth the money.

The GPS part works fine, once I learned how to use it with the app, but the plastic piece that attaches to my dog's collar broke after a month... I called Whistle's support line and they say they will send me a replacement part--for now I have to tape it to his collar.

Purchased 2 whistle go's the battery on one isn't great the other is fine. Dogs got loose and it didnt notify me than app wouldnt update location Im assuming because of wifi but eventually did so we were able to find them. . A plastic piece broke off during play a few days after purchasing that was key in how it was secured to the collar so now we used the velcro to attach to collar instead of snapping it on.

I've had this on my cat for just 2 days so this review is limited to a couple of important set up issues. First, it works pretty darn good for tracking your pets wanderings. It's a little large for a cat but mine seems to tolerate it. Late into day 1, he lost the collar and at first trying to locate it was impossible because when this happens, if it's lost somewhere within the safe zone, after a couple hours of no movement the device will simply register in the center of the zone. Their tech support guy told me to get a Bluetooth Finder app for my phone and gave me the device number. This made all the difference. I would NEVER have found it otherwise, so just make sure you download one of them. I am now using a harness with a breakaway neck instead of just the collar.
