I read the reviews before purchase and noticed that someone had mentioned having to use a Dremel tool. Well, I've got one, I thought before I placed the order. It turned out that my ignition key was molded into the plastic old casing, and the Dremel tool was absolutely necessary to "free" it. I ended up shaping the old casing with the Dremel tool so it would fit into the new key casing. That is not the fault of the new casing. I did need to shave off a little bit of the new casing and used a plier to get the case to close before I could install the screw. And once that was done, the key looked and functioned well, but fob rattles a little bit inside the case. If that bothers you, you can place a small piece of thin form in there before you close the case. All in all, I am glad with the purchase.

It's so sturdy, easy to assemble, instructions are super clear to follow comes with the tool to put it together! If you're hesitant DONT and buy it you won't regret it! I'm so glad I found this one and not he other ones that come with the key in it already. No need to reprogram it. Just transfer the fob and voila!
