Got this for my daughter and she loves it. She just popped on the board then off she went (she's used to riding a penny board). The rainbow back light is really cool, and the beep lets us pedestrians know that there is something about to happen that we should be aware of. As a first dip of the toe into electric skateboards, this was a total win. It was definitely worth the money to extend her range (board can get her to more bus routes, increasing her level of mobility & freedom to explore without begin dependent on others for transportation). It shortened her college commute to about 10 minutes (from 30 min walk).

I have to say, I really like this skateboard but with that said I am unfortunately returning mine. I bought this with the thought that I could use it to commute 3-4 blocks on to work from the subway. Though once I tried to us it for that I found that it would not fit my needs hence why I am returning it.
Pros:
Kick assist works well on a flat straight surface.
Cool design
Price
Board stops rolling when you fall off.
Cons:
Does not have enough power to make it up the slightest incline.
Sensors to tell when you are on the board make it hard to find a good foot position.
Overall I am not completely dissatisfied but again it will not work for what I intended to use it for as it does not have enough power to go up a gradual incline or keep speed long enough to make it worth commuting on.
It is fun to ride though!
