Great variety of packages, great customer service

This grouping contains a nice variety of storage containers/covers. All items are well made, heavy-duty. At first, I didn't think I had a use for the thinner blue bowl covers, but once I started looking around my house, I realized that I had plenty of bowls that I might now use to store leftovers int he fridge, since I now had a nice, air-tight lid. The silicon bags are thick and well made, however I'm not totally crazy about the design. They seem to limit what you can put inside and they're a little bulky to store. They are sort of easy to clean, but they like to close, so you have to prop them open to dry thoroughly. I have not been converted to get rid of my regular ziplocks yet, but I'm trying! The beeswax covers are really great. My only challenge is avoiding contact with stuff that likes to stick to the outside (like pepper flakes) and rinsing may or may not get those small items removed from the outside. I think that is normal with beeswax cloth, so not a reason for complaint with this product. Overall, a great deal for the money. As a side note, the first order I received had damage to one of the silicon bags. The seller responded right away and offered to ship me a new set, so the service I received was impeccable.

I LOVE that I could purchase this set and try all of these environmentally friendly solutions. I am working hard to reduce my use of single use plastic"”or plastic for that matter. The beeswax wraps stay shut when you wrap them and can keep the bread in a sandwich from drying out. I will be purchasing more of bigger sizes. They are expensive so it was nice to give these a try in this set for a reasonable price. The silicone lids"”my husband says"”Amazing! The trick is having the right size. I will be purchasing more of larger and more varied sizes and can probably do away with plastic wrap all together. They are airtight. LOVE them. Easy to get on and off. The silicone bags"”it took a bit to get used to these. They are a bit bulky and heavy. They will not replace zip lock bags completely but with all three of these solutions, I think we have it covered. Food in the silicone bags stay much fresher than in zip locks. So they definitely have their place. It takes several uses to get them to release more easily and, always, it is a two-handed job and requires just a bit of elbow grease. I do put them into the dishwasher with great results. I have used zip locks over the years for many uses besides food. I will find other solutions for those uses. But this was a great starter set for trying environmentally friendly ways to deal with food storage. I will add to this collection and reduce my single use solutions. I bet I will actually have more room in my kitchen. The beeswax just has to be wiped down. Everything else goes in the dishwasher.
Plastic sealer cracked

I like the product however, the sliding plastic sealer to code the bag cracked for some reason. I didn't drop it or anything. And I only used it once. So I don't really know what happened. I thought it was pretty sturdy. But I guess not.

I've been wanting to buy more sustainable products and when I saw these I jumped on them immediately. Overall a super great deal for the number of products you get and the quality. I will say that the "zip-lock" bags are kinda hard to get into- like you really have to pull on the tab to get into them, but that is probably a good thing because it creates a strong seal. If you're wanting to find a more eco-friendly replacement for say a bag to marinate your meat in or refrigerate some veggies you cut up- they are great for that. The "smiley lids" are great for literally any shape of container- I put one over the square containers you get mushrooms in at the store and it sealed it right up. I haven't used the beeswax paper yet (just because I don't really eat items that would need it) but based on what I saw when I opened the package they look nice. I also think that they could last a long time if you do your research on how to maximize their life.
