I live in a rural area and many creeping critters find their way in and around my home. This spray can be used inside or out. I spray it around baseboards and in back of cabinets and around the foundation of house. It has a
Mint smell so not offensive to adults.

This has a strong scent on application, but it does wear off and repels anything crawling for months! I feel safe to use this indoors because I have children. Love this all natural product. Worth the money

My main problem is with mice in the garage. I trap them, but I have two classic cars and they definitely do eat wiring, I've seen it with my own eyes. If you find a nest, made of leaves, hair, anything like that, that's where they've been living. They will also seek heat in the winter (engine compartment).

I heard peppermint smells like a predator. Deterrent. Not sure if it's true, but this is my second application, so far so good.

This gallon jug contains a lot more than you will get buying it some other way. I applied at full strength. About a quarter gallon will do one car, interior, trunk, engine compartment. It comes out as whitish, milky water. Sprayer works well. But it puts it on very liberally. If you want to go a little further with it, I think you could water it down. Smells plenty strong. Your car will end up smelling like a York Peppermint Patty. As a human, it's something I can live with, given that the cars don't get driven very often. I spray it directly into the rugs and seat covers, as well as on cloth seats and up under the dash where all the wiring is. Glove compartment, they love to live there. Into the tailpipes. I'm not sure yet about bad side effects due to rust or anything like that.

So I haven't reached any solid conclusions yet, but if the myth of peppermint is true, this stuff is too strong to ignore.

I bought this because I had stink bugs bad! I sprayed around windows and door frames and it took a few days but now I may see 1 every other day compared to 10 a day"¦ so I'm very pleased. Great scent also.

I love this product. I have sprayed it on bedding and furniture and it keeps those little no-see-um bugs and spiders that creep in on occasion away. I have had no bites since I started using the peppermint oil spray! I prefer the spray bottles that spray a mist, but I wanted a larger size, so this works. I have sprayed it around doorways, but I did not really have a problem there. The peppermint smell also makes it easier for me to breath, similar to what menthol does, but I like this smell better. And it leaves a touch of peppermint smell in the house for a light, refreshing room deodorizer. It may be an acquired taste, but I love this product and will purchase it again.
