Great kit for starting with the GoPro. A lot of mounting options to tickle your creativity. It just may be the only mounting kit you'll need. Quality components. Almost gave it 5 stars but a couple of minor things I've noticed right out of the box:

1) Some of the articulating points require a wrench rather than having a thumb screw. The wrench is provided but it's one more thing to keep track of where a thumb screw would be convenient.
2) The wrist strap for the remote control doesn't work like it should. The Velcro isn't setup right so you have to twist the strap to make them connect which would be annoying if I was actually going to use it.
3) the wrist strap lanyards for the the selfie stick and float stick should be elastic. I can barely fit my hand through the selfie stick lanyard.
4) The thumbscrew on the suction mount right under the camera mount does not have teeth and I really have to crank it down to immobilize that articulation. I'll be using it like a dash cam in my car and it should be fine for that (and lower profile than many).
5) The head strap has a non-slip surface on one side of the head band but the other side is covered by the overlap of the fabric to fit the adjustment buckle. There should be non-slip on both sides of that piece.
6) The wrist strap is a bit narrow and not as seen in the product description but is depicted correctly in the product pictures.

Some of the things that stand out for my use are:

1) The body harness is comfortable (although a little stingy on the elastic, not sure it'll go over winter cloths)
2) The suction mount is relatively low profile because there are only two articulating points which makes it cleaner for a dash cam mount. Suction is good.
3) The selfie stick is long and has a standard tripod mount screw making it more usable for other cameras
4) The tripod adapters are nice so you can utilize standard camera gear.
5) The spring on the alligator clip is quite strong and gripping teeth are reassuring

Overall, I'd recommend this kit.

Let's be clear about one thing here; everything that I've tested in this kit has been functional, and good enough for my needs. I pull out the GoPro when I'm going to do something active and I want video to remember it by, like parasailing or kayaking. And for occasional use in non-extreme situations, this kit has provided me with everything I've needed so far. I decided to spring for the genuine GoPro waterproof housing, though, because that's a place where skimping is a false economy. But outside of that, unless you're doing things on the level of base jumping or motocross racing, these bits are likely to be good enough, and while you'll probably still be scratching your head over how to use some of the odder parts, when the need for them strikes, you'll discover that you were prepared when you didn't know it.
