Better for large bulbs

They were very easy to position and worked with a larger bulb (C7) just fine. With mini bulbs, not so much. The wires could only be threaded through the loop as the bulb was much too small to be held in place by the "springy" loop. So while the product seems well made and easy to clip in place, saying that it works with mini bulbs is a stretch.

I needed a clip that would work on a 1 1/4" thick tile roof. Although these are designed to work on tiles up to 1" thick, they did work, and worked well, on a thicker tile. None of them broke while stressing them. None of them fell off for the month that my Christmas lights were up.
They are very versatile and attach securely to rain gutters, tiles (as mentioned), and sheet metal edge guard that is tight to wood facia.

Love these bad boys. Ended up having to snag 200 of these last minute as the other brand I used last Christmas all fell apart (I also left them up year round- whoops). Anyway, these things are perfect. Slide right in and clip to my C9s snuggly. I'd recommend wearing work gloves to save your fingers when pressing a ton of bulbs. Only snapped a couple during install. Get these today!

This is a review after about 9 months in use. The clips made the installation of our holiday lights easy, but are now drying up and breaking in pieces, leaving long sections of string lights falling down. I'm expecting all of the clips will fail in the coming month and we will have to reinstall everything this year.
