The receptacle where you plug it in to recharge it fell down into the body of the charger. I can't charge it anymore. I deliver food for Instacart and Uber eats. I have to have a back up charger because these apps drain your phone. I love the light that let me know how much charge was left in the system. Mine took a while to recharge but it also had a large capacity. I would buy it again, but I am disappointed that it came apart like this. It is a good product, and nothing lasts forever. I often recharge my phone with this attached to the phone as I move around working. If possible, let it charge lying flat so this piece does not have the wear and tear that mine did. I think you could get it to last longer that way. It had been dropped a few times.

I still had half of my battery life when I got home. I love it. Just plug it in with the provided cord for recharging.

I was excited to be able to have a portable Is charger for my phone. It said that it would work with my Samsung Galaxy, however, the chord that came with it does not and so I had to use my original card and it took almost all night for it to fully charge.
