Complete failure after 6 months (Updated)

Purchased two units in June and by December both had multiple sensor failures.
One unit, 3 sensors failed. On the other, 2 sensors failed.

***9/29/2022 UPDATE***
Upping the rating to 4 stars. I found that the batteries in the valve stem sensors needed replacing. My assumption is the batteries that were packaged with this item when new, were most likely sitting on a shelf for a while or are just low-quality batteries. I replaced all 4 batteries on both units, with name brand ones, and they've been fully operational since.
Only giving 4/5 stars since once every few months or so, one of the sensors may drop. Only takes a short drive for it to show back up on the receive unit, but it's happened a few times. I still recommend this product.

I was hesitant to buy and if you look around you can pay less if you just search outside of amazon as I see this for half of what I paid but it works. I use on a car hauler trailer and I get accurate readings in my super crew truck cab. I had one that was not syncing but i just removed the sensor for the valve and put it back on and it synced right up. I have used a hand held laser temp gauge for years walking around the rig at fuel and period stops but and that gave me an idea of bearing temp but not air. so far I have been very impressed .

Love it, once you have a car that has built in tpms, it's hard to drive one without. Specially where I live with such drastic change in temperature the tire pressures change constantly. Now I don't have to manually check, just look at this little gadget. Awesome!!

Great little device for car people as it does exactly what it advertises. Easy to set up, easy to adjust, and very small, so it can fit anywhere on a dash. I live in an apartment complex where a lot of the residents work in the trades, so I've ran over multiple nails without realizing it.
