Works great

Works greats! Gets the job done, it's easy to assemble. However after using it with a drill all the attachments will tighten together so then it's gets hard to disconnect it. I had to use pliers to unscrew them. All the brushes get the job done & feel so clean! I will just add that since using the drill and it tightens the connectors together coming out of the piping it's hard to pull apart. I had to pull it all the way out and the use pliers to disconnect. But overall use its firm sturdy and gets the job done.
Great for cleaning vacuum hoses

I have two shark powered lift-away vacuums. These are the ones with the power cables for the LED lights and beater bar imbedded in the hose with a speed selector switch in the attached handle. So you cannot dump the hose and attached handle in a bucket of water to clean the inside of the hoses. I used the two inch brush attachment and three extension rods to clean inside the hoses with both soapy water and bleach. It fit very well, almost like it was designed to fit in 1-1/4" diameter hose. I also taped half of a microfiber rag to the end of the extension rods and ran it through the hoses to remove the dirt and dry things out. This worked very well. While some reviewers say the parts are cheap, I would say that they are fairly well made, considering everything thats including in the kit and the very reasonable price. Next step will be to clean my dryer duct.
Exceeded Expectations.

I bought a dryer vent kit from one of the two Big Home improvement stores for almost the same price. The kit did not work for me, because I need longer extension poles to clean a 10 ft. vent. The quality of the product was above and beyond my expectations. The Holikme 11 Pieces Dryer Vent Cleaner Kit had everything I needed and more (comes with a glove). I used the extension poles to clean a 15 foot exhaust vent and it worked as intended. I did not use everything in the kit, but it was a great buy.
Tape the Joints, Use Common Sense & No Problem at All

I studied this set when it arrived as I wanted to guarantee I didn't have a disaster with the cleaning tool stuck in the vent pipe. My process is as follows:
1. I used electrical tape to secure the joints regardless of what direction the drill was running.
2. I put three rods together at a time before beginning the cleaning process as to make it a more efficient process - note three joints together are 4' long in total.
3. I also used electrical tape to tape not only the joint but also 5" on each side of the joint to help prevent the one of the plastic rods from coming out of the joint.
4. I also secured the brushes to the joint with electrical tape, so I didn't have to worry about one of those joints coming loose in the vent pipe.
5. I started with the small brush first to clean out any major clogs and to ensure I didn't get stuck.
6. After that, I used the larger brush to get everything off the walls of the vent pipe.
7. On both runs, I manually (without the drill) pushed the brush/rods up through the vent pipe to the end before using the drill in order to ensure there were no major obstructions that could get the brushes stuck.
8. I had my shop vacuum cleaner hooked up to the connection and running for both brush sizes and it collected quite a bit of lint.
8. And no, I did not have to go up on the roof as I was able to accomplish everything from the laundry room however, I did go up on the roof afterwards to see if there was any lint clogged in the roof vent and it was clean.
Highly recommended and works well if you take your time, use common sense and don't treat it like you're boring through concrete.

Does a good job but have pliers handy.

I actually got to use this yesterday, along with a shop vac on blower setup. I loved the fact that I was able to do this myself. The only problem I had with it occurred when I tried to add another link I had to find a way to pull the existing links apart; that was not easy. I ended up using a locking wrench and some pliers. While that was a bit cumbersome the outcome was worth it. Beats the quote I got to have some one come out and do it for me.
