It operates well for my frozen fruit smoothies and protein shakes. You don't want to overload it, but that goes for any blender. Sometimes I will blend the frozen fruit in some water first and then add the other ingredients. Looks cool and retro. Would recommend.

I'd prefer if the cylinder were also glass, and it would be nice if the threads on the neck of the handled "mason" jar were standard and you could use ANY lid, but this is not the case. You can ONLY use the lids they provide.
Other than those two things, the blending power of this little unit is impressive. It's strong.
No, you can't select between different speeds, etc, but it does what it's meant to do: blend fruits etc (even frozen ones) into a smoothy without making it a foamy emulsion like my nutribullet did. Also the Nutribullet -- that'll make you go deaf! This is loud, but not ear-piercing deafening.

Super easy to use. I love the travel cup options that it comes with. It's a blender, so I can't say it's particularly quiet compared to other small blenders, but it gets the job done! Seems to easily blend ice if you don't overfill the container

Like the title says, the machine is cute and tiny. It doesn't take up much counter space and is a very cute color. I liked that I isn't loud and comes with many attachments. The glass mason jar is my favorite because it's compact and just the right size for my morning smoothies. I haven't mixed ice in this, but I have mixed frozen açaà packets and berries and it's always mixed perfectly. I say that the machine does this pretty fast, it doesn't require me to constantly push the lever down, after three-four it's all mixed together blended finely. One last thing, it's durable and easy to clean. I just put all the attachments in the dishwasher.
The downside is, is that the attachments are plastic. The only glass is the mason jar and it works for me, but for others it may not due to the mason jar being small.
I would purchase again!
