Excellent for treadmill on wood floors

Using these with a 318 lb Horizon 7.4 treadmill on wood floors in our spare bedroom.. Using 6 of these, it does a great job of both protecting the floor and providing noise isolation for the floor below.. These pads are much more dense than I anticipated and are a very hard rubber. As others have mentioned, for the rear wheels that move with the incline, it helps to turn them 45 degrees and give the rear wheels room to move when the incline increases.

I used these for support and to muffle a dog moving in a full plastic dog crate. Without these pads you can hear what sounds like elephants fighting eachother from the room underneath where the crate is. Now it just sounds like a little bit of tippytappying when our dog is having a little bit of a frighten! Doesn't remove all of the noise transfer, but it's so much better than it was :]
