I work from home so I no longer get the run around exercise. I wanted something I could use at my desk to supplement the gym. This is great. I love the leg work keeps my joint pain free from sitting all day. I love the abs crunch I can feel it working my stomach and you can position the machine to kick sideways to work your oblique too. The triceps get their firebomb workout as well as the forearms. It's really nice just the right amount of resistance, great for fat burning and circulation and I do this all from my desk. What can I say? I was a little intimidated by the machine and wondered if it would serve its purpose in promoting a flatter and more toned tummy. But can I tell you that ever since I started using the product I can see a noticeable difference in that my tummy is shrinking. I will post some photos to substantiate this in 8 weeks.

So I liked it and disliked it first the disl, it's very limmitted with what you can do as exercise on the machine, I do like the elastic straps though qfor arm workout and chest workouts, other than that not much going for it
