The removable handle is very sturdy, and once you figure out how to align it properly it's very simple to use! I mostly used it for zuchinni and it comes out nice and crispy on the outside and juicy inside!

Seems to work well so far, got this to grill veggies or grill smaller pieces of meat for Fajitas and it has worked well so far. To clean it I just let it sit in a tray of water to soak for an hour or so and it cleaned up good. So far no complaints.

The media could not be loaded. Not sure why this is called a pizza pan, but it's fantastic for grilling veggies. It's the perfect size to fit on the grill along with a couple of pieces of fish, chicken or steak. I especially love the removable, wooden handle which makes it a breeze to carry, but you don't have to worry about leaving it in the grill while it cooks. The handle coming off also makes it easy to pop in the dishwasher. I highly recommend this pan!
