The vanilla flavor is less sharp than usual extract concentrates, but it is a great value.
It is easy to use too much of the standard Kirkland extract and get a bitter flavor, but this
stuff does not have that anywhere as much.
You just get a lot for the money, and it tastes fine. I might not make delicate cookies or white cake with it, because it has a lot of color.

Definitely different (better!) flavor than standard vanilla extract with its 35% alcohol, and that goes for the better brands, too. Milder, more flavorful and dare I say sweeter? That different flavor definitely comes out in baked goods - maybe want to put in a bit more than called for in a recipe. I especially like that it goes well in drinks and unbaked food, like yogurt for instance, because it doesn't carry with it the (yuk) flavor the alcohol brings with extracts.
Do note the ingredients. It is not pure vanilla. But it sure does taste good!
