Seldom do I leave reviews but I will on this because it is an absolute Blessing for the price. I'm super impressed with just how sticky yet non-sticky the bottom is so there's no residue when you take it off but it's as sticky as glue putting it on if that even makes sense. So it's movable and yet it's not movable lol. It's not a hard plastic but it's a firm gel type substance like rubber so you don't have to worry about scratching the edges of your phone if you're just carelessly you know putting it in there really quick. I have a Samsung Z4 fold and it's big bulky and thick, don't get me wrong I love the thing it's a miniature tablet but I always struggle to find anything that will hold that thing without me having to take its case off and this thing works just perfectly because it's low enough to the ground that it doesn't impede on anything that may be in the center of the phone like a hinge or a connected pen or stylus but yet it's firm enough and stable enough to keep my phone up even if I'm tapping on the screen.

We didn't want to stick it to the dash. We bought the spongy waffle like drawer liner then took off the film and stuck the liner on. Works great!

It works pretty well. It has adhesive on the bottom which can stick to the dash and I don't want to do that so I'm going.to cut out a piece from an old yoga mat to affix the adhesive to and hopefully that will provide enough anti slip for my needs. Also since it's on the dash it can get a lot of sunlight on it. I'm probably going to make a shroud out of a file folder to shade the screen. My perfect phone holder would have these features already.

THIS IS THE ONE YOU WANT I tried soooooo many other devices (clip on to vent-not sturdy and interferes with ventilation or gets hot, window clings, magnetic that doesn't hold phones if a case is on)
It easily installs on my dash. Is low enough to not obstruct view but perfect level of sight to keep my eyes on the road and see it conveniently with a glance. New version offered also has a rotation feature which would be nice if you have passenger (I commute solo)
I use it for GPS, listening/watching old reruns of tvs shows on commute. (Glance occasionally but laugh along with familiar cast) very sturdy. Its flexible for ease of putting phone in or grabbing it quickly (one handed) phone never shakes, vibrates, falls or anything. Even if I touch buttons or scroll at stoplights it is sturdy. I got one for both our vehicles and recommend to all. Underpriced for quality. I'll add a picture soon.

The 2nd I use in my car. I have it right behind the steering wheel so I can see my directions without taking my eyes off the road. My husband is a little leary of this placement because he says if in an accident, the phone could fly back and hit me. This is the only flat place on my dashboard.
I decided to still use it because I don't have to look away from the road to see my Google maps.
So yes, I really like this product but be sure to think it through.
