So the pros and cons:
Pros- Great water capacity, and the capacity lasts a decent amount of time. Plus this unit puts out a ton of fog. Has built in programming which is handy. So overall it is solid in those respects.
Cons- the unit beeps whenever started back up, which is a pain if you have it on a smart plug going off late at night. I don't love that feature. Other big con is the fill up mechanism. While its meant to be convenient, it is very easy to fill it to fast and make a giant mess everywhere. It's happened more than a few times and a feature I really do not care for. I think this feature alone might cause me to explore other options in the future.

I got this for my cherry head tortoise. Before, I was hand misting the enclosure. With this, I have it pointed into his hide. Since adding this, humidity in the hide has been above 90%. Perfect for this Brazilian species. So far, I've done no maintenance. I set it and fill it when it runs low. A full tank lasts about a week. Very pleased.

I love the way this looks when it fogs my vivarium. The humidifier is really easy to program and offers a lot of options. I am particularly impressed with the volume it holds and how long the water lasts. I have only had it for a week, so I cannot speak to the durability, but so far, it is great.

Once get setup and working they've been fantastic. We did need to get one replaced that was DOA. Just make sure hoses are bent gently as too much of a bend can cause them to not fog the tanks.
