I like this helmet for my purposes, but I do have a few points that I wish to discuss. As far as size, it is a bit tighter than I expected, but not really enough for me to decide to return or exchange it. Just be sure you take that into consideration. The material feels a bit flimsy, but clearly I didn't expect to get the same quality as a $500 helmet. Lastly, I wish the chin strap were a bit more comfortable. That is actually my biggest issue with this helmet. Again, I am satisfied with my purchase, but just wish for a bit better quality. I still recommend it as long as you're not extremely picky.

Good fit, size was accurate, over-all a very nice helmet for the money.... Over 30 mph it is very loud with wind noise. I was going 40 mph on a calm day and sounded like I was riding against a 30 mph head wind. It is quiter with no helmet on. If you ride at lower speeds or wear ear plugs this is a great helmet.

It's pretty big tho, I got the XL and at first It was very tight and would hurt when I wore it, but after breaking it in, its awesome and not brain squeezing tight anymore. It feels great. Wearing this sucks for your hair tho, as one would know, and sometimes wind can push in from under the helmet around your chin as it doesn't fully cover it. I use this for my moped and I do like this helmet, especially the sun visor. However I trust it only because I'm on a moped, I would not buy this for faster mopeds or any motorcycles . A YouTuber did a durability test on this helmet from probably 50 ft up and it definitely shattered . However since max I can only go about 45mph and am not driving in the air , I'm not concerned with those findings.
