I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this skort. The fabric is heavy/sturdy...not flimsy like some I have purchased through Amazon. The skirt is a good length for me (I'm a fit 58 year old 5 ft 3 inches). It's not too short/not too long. I saw a comment from someone about the "upside down pocket" but that is the design. That pocket (on the left leg) is for ball "storage". I'm only giving it 4 stars because the shorts do creep up more than I like. I have to keep pulling them down. I bought a small and it fits as expected. I'm 120 pounds.

Overall, it's a cute and comfortable skirt. I bought this to power walk/run in. The material is a little heavier than what I imagined but it lays nicely. I think I was imagining more like Lycra and less polyester. One thing that I really like is the waist band doesn't move. That's always a negative for leggings; having to constantly pull up the waistband during workouts. It's also a very comfortable waistband and flattering. The pockets are great for a larger phone. When I first put it on and walked around the house I was very hopeful because the mesh shorts didn't ride up. However, once I got out for my workout, they did creep up some, but not all the way into my crotch. Luckily I applied power glide on my thighs as a "˜just in case' so it wasn't a big deal. I'm 5ft1 and 135 lbs., usually a larger size 6. I ordered the medium and it fits well. I don't think I could have gone to a small but I do have a little wiggle room in the medium. I can't stand tight, tight clothing though so the medium works great for me. The length is appropriate for me, around mid-thigh. It may be a little longer than I imagined but I am short.
