I jumped on here from all those tiktok videos swearing by it to loose weight. I am not diabetic but I do eat the wrong stuff a lot specially on weekends. I got on a ketogenic diet/intermitting fasting and took these as well as exercising about 3 times a week just walking nothing extreme and yes i saw the numbers on the scale go down but i did see the fat around my stomach decrease A LOT! Inches were melting off of me. I was able to drop 47 lbs and after that i started going back to some bad eating habits and I would still take these capsules. Im really bad about taking them half hour before I eat so normally i take them right after my meals. 2 months went by and although i didnt feel heavier and my clothes were fitting the same I wanted to see how much weigh i had gained since eating like crap for 2 months and to my surprise i had only gained 1 pound! 1 pound!!!! I strongly believe its due to these pills, because Im the type that after I stop watching what I eat i bounce right back and I have been able to keep it off. When i take them i try to swallow them right away because the taste is extremely bitter and I take about 2-4 pills every day with my meals. I've seen different videos that these wont help in weight loss blah blah blah well maybe not other brands but this one works for me and I will continue to purchase them because they are doing something right in my body where i have not gained all or half of the weight i lost. Now that doesnt mean that I eat like a pig all day and snack and eat pizza and fast food etc. NO! i still do intermittent fasting about 16-20 hours daily and i eat fruits and vegetables and oh yea my diet coke lol but i do consume the bad carbs quite a bit and I know my body, Im 43 years old and have been dieting all my life and when I start Keto and then stop and start eating like crap I gain weight right away, but these pills have saved me from that!! TRUST ME!! And no this is not paid advertisement, I wish! lol. So you can make your choice but THESE! Definitely work for me.

Took these and my A1c went down in a three month period!!! Easy to swallow with no stomach upset. I just wish they were a little cheaper. Hard for me to afford because both my husband and I take them. They definitely work.

Every once and a while it upsets my stomach. I take two with water, first thing. That's only happened a couple times. Then, at dinner I'm feeling full halfway into a normal meal. I also started time window eating from 1pm to 9pm and haven't felt hungry or even think of food. It's okay with my diet plan to have ice cream in the evening but I forget to do it.
