Impossible to roll back up and use the straps it was sent with.

If you want to roll it up, you'll need three strong men. The straps are barely log enough to do it. I couldn't do it by myself at first. even with the help of my wife, we barely were able to get it small enough to get the straps on it. This was on a concrete pool deck too. I thick it would be impossible to do out on the open water on a boat. To aid the roll up process, I cut a 2 inch gap, length wise, out of a 6' long piece of 4" PVC pipe. I put one end of the mat in the slot and was able to prevent the ends from rolling outwards and get the thing starting to roll up semi tight. Even with this aid, I was barely able the get the straps to work. This maybe used only in my pool. Otherwise, it's great fun to play on. The kids and adults love it.
