Airstream motorhome alive again

The Holley Sniper system really turned my 1984 chev p30 motorhome chassis's 454 into a new animal. Significantly increased power and torque for hills, towing and passing. I am still unsure about the fuel usage as I keep flooring it to feel the new found power.
I had a dead spot durring acceleration and at WOT that I could not ever seem to adjust completely out with the old edelbrok carb. I replaced jets, metering rods, accelerator pumps, tune up parts...etc. it would get mediocrely better, but never fully cure it. Installed the sniper and it cured all that immediately. Throttle response is immediate at any throttle input. Cold starts are no problem anymore either. Oldly enough, my trans even shifts better with this system ( TH475 vacuum actuated) . Will Actually kick down when I want it to.
I did also install the Holley distributor, coil and CD box after a week runing without ( ran the older HEI) it and it made it that much better.
There was an issue with EMI for a stent, but I had cured that with better spark plug wired (MSD) and isolating my WB o2 sesnor wiring from the sp wires.
4 star rating is due to a coolant temp sensor issue, reads 10 degrees too high. Fuel pump stud broke while tightening, very fragile studs. Both issues I will be contacing Holley about to see what they can do for it.
