Best option for a custom wood rack. 8X4' fits a half cord. Very sturdy powder coated metal. Fit treated 2X4s well. I added some trusses for extra rigidity, and added 3/4" PVC planking on top as a rain protection and a bench top.

A perfect solution for an irregular space. I can fit it in exactly and be certain it fills the bill for stacking my firewood. And if I need a different layout it's as simple as cutting different sized 2x 4s. Affordable, too.

Excellent. I've built woodsheds before from the ground up. I bought these to hold a small amount of wood on the porch - close to the door - for easy access on the cold winter nights.
These are very strong metal supports (others sell plastic - so beware!)
I used 8' long 2x4s along the base. They slide in easy. (I'm not sure why some reviews are complaining they are not a tight fit. You wouldn't want that with the way lumber varies and swells.)
Once you add a couple of good #8 wood screws they are very sturdy.
Best thing, in the spring it'll come easily apart for storage and we won't have to carry anything big and bulky.
