I use these indoors so I have no idea if they are water proof but they are nice & flush and can be used behind shelving units against a wall which is what I wanted them for. Also I am not constantly using them in the sense of my moving them unplugging them rotating them every day. I installed them rotated to the position needed and place the shelf unit in place hiding the cord which will not be touched again until I mover the shelf unit.

I have a 12 outlet strip on my benchtop with all outlets pointing towards me. So when I plug things in, it takes up space from my bench and I have equipment that needs to utilize the whole benchtop width. These adaptors solve this problem. They are more flush with the outlets strip providing me more benchtop space. I love how they swivel too, gives me a flexibility on how to route the cords. I ended up buying 2 sets of 3 of those cords. And they are UL listed. I love it.

These are well made and very low profile which is great for getting things up against a wall or the plug in a tight spot. Many appliances specify that you should not use an extension cord; however, most extension cords are longer than these, so I felt comfortable using this for small and light appliances though follow the recommendations and what you're comfortable with. The head rotates in any direction which is nice so unlike some low profile ones that are directional these will allow for more flexibility.
