Bought this Zadro towel warmer to replace a Brookstone unit, and after one year it's doing great (though we don't use it as often in summertime). Warms towel(s) pretty evenly. The Brookstone model had a flimsy clear plastic lid; this one seems to be better made. I would recommend it.

This is a nice towel warmer but it seems to be a little cheap. I was expecting a better quality for the price. The towels don't come out as warm as I was hoping they would. I like it but I was disappointed in the quality.

You do not find many companies that stand behind their product and their customers like this company. I would definitely buy from them again. I absolutely love my towel/clothes warmer. It is fantastic, especially in the winter time. However, I would say that these could come in a bigger size. Maybe logistically is it not bigger, and that would be understandable. But if you could design these to be bigger, that would be great. I purchase the large, which is the largest size, and it looks like it would be categorized as small or medium.
Additional advise would be, that if you are a tall person, have mobility limitations, or have back problems, utilize an extra tall surface to put this on.
But overall, the product is great and is definitely worth the purchase.
