I washed with pravana shampoo (it's everything) to tone the red in the bangs.
I styled the piece by drying some of the pieces backwards. It resulted in more of a topper with bangs. I'm sooo sooo happy with this piece.

Bottom line if you get you hair cut and colored (I do a glaze/gloss) and you want bangs, this is the way to go! Straight from the package the color was too light. It was the neutral tone of my hair but it needed to be darkened a bit. Also the length was too long but I suspect it is to allow room to cut to the shape of your face. After a trip to the salon where my stylist glazed my hair and the extensions close to my natural color, then trimmed the bangs, I have versatility of style. I did deduct a star because the back pieces of weave that are to blend into your natural hair to not lay flat and the weft shows. I have to be creative on covering it up but for $17 that is ok with me. I had been wanting bangs but not the years of growing them out when over them or the ability to throw my hair back in the Florida heat. I am so happy. Even my hairdresser was impressed.
