Cons: No instructions were included. It is difficult to adjust the flow/height of the spray. Spray head will pop out from time to time due to it being held in by a rubber pressure ring, whereas a flange on the spray head would prevent this from happening.

I finally installed this after having it for a few months. I almost ordered 2 but decided to wait and see how I liked it before ordering a 2nd one. I like it a lot. It's less obtrusive than the picture indicates and it sounds nice. I ordered the tool to remove the inner pool fitting for a few dollars. Installation was very easy. Only problem is the price has more than doubled since I first ordered it. It's too early in the season to tell if it really will cool the pool water temperature. If it does, I just might have to break down and buy another at the higher price; otherwise will wait until price comes back down. In the meantime, it looks and sounds nice. I'm really glad I got at least the one.

Bought it for the grandkids. Simple pool toy. THEY LOVE IT. This simple product offers a wide variety of heights, distances, and pool placement. They just love it. Also found another use as a visual indicator of the pump's stage and or if the pump is having any inconsistent flow (such as water level). It also provides a great ambiance for the adults. The sound of the water spray can be loud during that casual evening, but this is very easy to fix with the adjustments which redirect the flow out of the initial tube. If you have a pool, this will be a satisfying addition.
We like fountain but.....pay attention to caveats from others....re adapters....

Instructions don't tell you about the volume adjustment I don't think...found by accident. You must have an adapter to install fountain in our case....and nobody has them ...standardize pipe size for easy changeout... Install requires we remove pool sweep fitting out of pool wall , unscrew something in front and install in fountain to place back in wall...reverse to reinstall pool sweep..... ...did it but was labor intensive and unnecessary with correct adapter....and hubby not a fan of process.....he did all the work but I know he was unhappy with the "procedure" required...
