So I'll start by saying that rest assured, this stuff REALLY WORKS. After just 2 days of use my teeth are NOTICEABLY whiter. I am honestly shocked by how big of a difference was made in such a short time. But the one thing I'll warn about is that these are indeed for "Travel". So after those same 2 days, and using it twice each day (morning and night) my bottle is completely empty. I don't feel like I was spraying a crazy amount in my aligners, but even if so, there just isn't much in each bottle. So if you're traveling with these you may want to bring extra.

So yes great for traveling because who wants a big bottle to travel with but just want to prepare you these are small- like lipstick sized. I have the larger bottle I use at work because I can't always go brush my teeth and find the bathroom there skeeves me out putting my stuff down. The product seems to keep the aligners fresh, unsure about whitening. I know nothing should be a substitute for brushing but sometimes it's not practical and this is better than nothing in my mind. I bought the travel sized two pack for an upcoming trip to Italy where I know I'll be eating and drinking. Glad I got the two pack because I'm not sure how long one bottle will last. Overall a good product but pricey
