The media could not be loaded. I don't have the biggest space so I decided since this would be my first time buying a tree, I would go with the 4.5ft version. I like that send you gloves in the package. Also just FYI this version comes in two parts, a big base and the top. I would also say take your time and go through each branch and break them out individually, it makes the tree appear much fuller and bigger than it actually is. I plan on getting a planter so I can raise it off the floor and make it look a bit taller. But overall the tree is prefect for my space. One of the small branches came of while fluffing so I added it to top branch piece to make it a bit sturdier when I put the star on top.

The prelit lights are gorgeous and very full. The limbs are also very full when fanned out. It took about an hour and a half or so for me to finish fluffing them out.
My main issue is the limbs aren't very sturdy and don't hold heavier ornaments very well unfortunately but I could make due. Also, make sure you place your tree where you want it set because it is super heavy when put altogether!
All in all it's a very beautiful tree and a decent buy.

This artificial tree arrived via FedEx and very quickly.
Within 2 days of ordering, I had it set up in my living room.
The base is made of metal and very sturdy. The center pole is of hollow tube steel and also sound.
The typical twist-wire branches aren't terribly fancy, but are plentiful and appear both sturdy and maleable.
When assembled, and when the branches are arranged appropriately, this tree looks full and somewhat realistic from accross the room.
Personally, I recommend the version without the lights. This tree promises to last for many Christmases to come; so why sully it's longevity with a string of lights that will probably die and req. replacing 5X over?
Buy this sturdy model plain, and dress it up with a $4 string. Easy peazy.

The media could not be loaded. I really do like this tree. I was skeptical about buying it from Amazon. But once I got it all fluffed out I love it it looks like a really beautiful full tree. It took about 3 days though for me to really get it fluffed out and the branches straightened out. Each day I would find a little bit more that I needed to fluff out. There is a ton of branches. My only dislike was the strength of the branches. I tried to put my star on top and I had to rap about two branches together put my star on and then wrap another two branches around the base of my star to keep it up without falling over. But I figured it out and I love it. You cant beat the price. It was around $260 plus tax. most 7.5ft trees are between $400 to $800. And they usually dont have more than 1500 branches. this one has nearly 3000 branches. I would definetely say buy this tree!!

Great tree. Fluffed out amazingly well. Very full! Good quality for the cost. The branches look very real. And the tree is a nice hight too.

Initally we had some issues with the tree stand. 2 of the 3 twist screws holding the base of the tree stripped out. We contacted customer service and Kelly sent us a new stand ASAP. The new stand had a slightly updated design which worked out very well. We were impressed with customer service and how helpful they were.
