This oil has transformed cooking for me.
I'll with gallbladder and liver issues, I was searching for an oil I could use at high temps (pan searing or frying, sautéing, etc.).
I love coconut oil but it's not the best for frying, etc.
Olive oil loses its nutritive qualities when heated"¦so I eat it raw.
This rice bran oil is wonderful to cook with.
It doesn't alter the flavor of the food at all, and it does well if you need to pan fry something. Haven't tried it for deep frying (i rarely deep fry), but I suspect it will work very well! (I'm thinking of making fried chicken with it"¦.and trying it for donuts!)
If I spill any on my hands, I simply moisturize my skin with it! Don't waste it if you spill it!
