This Award turned out great. The personalized engraving looked better than I thought it would based on the digital preview when ordering. The font and size of the personalized 3 line memo area turned out better than I thought it would, which was great. Very professional looking. Was packaged very well in custom fit styrofoam, in a nice professional box, with even more good packing paper with another professional outer packing box. Overall a very nice presentation if sent directly to someone without seeing the final product.

The plaque itself was as expected and beautifully crafted and engraved. However, box arrived damaged, and the "gift box" was just another cardboard box that upon arrival was soaking wet inside a dry outer cardboard box that looked like it was beaten!! It was so wet the "gift box "peeled away removing the plaque!!!! I was SO thankful the plaque was not damaged. Such a beautiful product should be packaged better
