The media could not be loaded. I did a quick and dirty test on my electric stove set very low. Once the burner warmed up the fan base, the blades started turning. I have central heat but, my plan is to use this fan with a Mr Heater, Little Buddy propane heater during winter months on extremely cold days, or power outages. Time will tell how long it will last.

This fan is just the right size and shape for our fireplace insert. Does circulate silently and pretty well although the fan could push a little more air in my opinion. Raises the temp in our large living dining area by 1 to 2 degrees over no fan. So far reliable after a busy season of fireplace use.

Bought this knock off eco fan for the camper, I didn't want to spend the $$ for an authentic eco fan for the trailer in case it got banged around in transport. I tested it inside the house next to an eco fan and it starts moving at a much lower temperature. The eco fan starts movement around 500 degrees F and the Voda fan started moving around 250-300 degrees F. I really like this because the camper stove is tiny and doesn't heat up as hot or as fast so this will disperse heat sooner for that purpose. It's not as pretty but it feels like it moves about the same amount of air.
