It's super cute. My kid loves it. It seems pretty sturdy. The only issue I had was that I needed to message the seller 2 weeks after I purchased it to inquire about the shipping, at which point it actually shipped. The seller did tell me it was a because the packages hadn't been picked up. Not really sure. It was a bday gift so unfortunately it arrived after the fact. She still loves the backpack.

I was worried this was going to be very cheaply made and that's not the case at all! My daughter absolutely loves this backpack and all the accessories! The lunch box is a little on the smaller side but works great for after school snacks! The backpack itself is wonderful with plenty of room. The zipper seems to get stuck a bit but not so much we can't jiggle it through. The water bottle is a great addition, especially since the school's water fountains and unavailable due to Covid. The pencil pouch we ended up using to organize hand sanitizer, tissues, a few index cards and a couple pencils that can stay in the backpack at all times. And the additional pull sack has been great for my 3 year old to put his "school supplies" in whenever we hop in the car to go to or from school.
