I found this water bottle after I kept dropping my other water bottles. I like how this one comes with a soft protector. It's convenient that it holds your phone and it's very easy to remove the cover to wash it as needed due to the small zipper. Everything is as advertised. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Overall, I had this water bottle for quite some time, maybe pushing 8 months. It really helped me get in the habit of drinking more water, but I have some recommendations for people who aren't the best at keeping up with intake. 1. Take the sleeve off. Being able to see the water level helps not only keep you accountable and conscious of your consumption, but it also motivates you with a sort of "I'm ____ way done". It also helps because drinking cold water really isnt that great for you, and it can make it harder to drink the amount that you need to, as its easier to "chug" room temp water than it is for cold. 2. Start slow, especially if you aren't used to drinking half a gallon a day. Your body has to get used to the large change in hydration habits, and drinking too much, too quickly can cause nausea and some other side effects that may discourage you. Ideally, most of us should be drinking a gallon a day, but let's be honest, that's really difficult to do, and even more difficult to build up to. Once you hit the milestone of downing one of these a day (which, for a sedentary person should be sufficient, but if you're active or you're really pushing for optimal levels, gotta go higher), try to increase your levels like you did to get to one bottle, but this time, 2 bottles.
Lastly, be cautious because when this thing is full, if you drop it or it falls, it will explode, and it will be verrrrry loud and verrrry messy. Also, do not let it sit in heat, mine deformed just from going grocery shopping and leaving it in my car for a few hours. Oh also, if the water heats up at all, or you're in a higher pressure environment, it will squirt all over you the instant you flip that cap.
Lastly, be cautious because when this thing is full, if you drop it or it falls, it will explode, and it will be verrrrry loud and verrrry messy. Also, do not let it sit in heat, mine deformed just from going grocery shopping and leaving it in my car for a few hours. Honestly wasn't expecting it to perform as well as it did, yes the bottle is regular but it's the cap and the coat as well as the straps that put on a show for me and perform great ! I do a lot of moving through my day , and when I have straps on anything I test them to the fullest, this is definitely a 5 star buy ! I'm pretty sure you can get something better out there but for this price and quality, your not beating it ! I'm glad to see a company take pride on what it sells to you ! I have been using this water bottle pretty much every day since February this when I bought it. The only con I can say is the white cover over the bottle gets dirty easily, but I knew that I getting it, and washing the cover is the answer. Haven't had any leaks, or problems with the straw, or problems with the handle. I do like this water bottle, easy to hold. I now use it without any cover or the strap that comes to hold it. I just hold it by the handle. I have dropped it allot not from high distances but just hand height to ground and so far no leaks or breaks. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to make sure they drink a certain amount of water a day, this helps. Hot soap and water in the sink and rinsing works for cleaning. Will keep on using this till it deteriorates.
