I bought these because for work I look at a computer all day, every day. I was starting to get these awful headaches in the afternoon and it could definitely have been a number of things, but I got these in hopes to make them go away and it has improved the situation a lot.
Also they sent a little blue light and a card thing that reacts to blue light and when you shine the light through the glasses it doesn't effect the card so that was pretty cool and from the second you get it they are proving to you that it blocks out blue light, and it does!
I can't say if I'm sleeping better because I don't use them at night but they have helped lots during the day.

Whenever my eyes hurt, I just pop these on to continue using my devices and the eye strain and headache goes away. It comes with a blue light tester to prove that they work so you feel more trust with them. I like the shape too and they are comfortable. Definitely worth my money.

The only "downside" is that they aren't light weight; the weight doesn't bother me and I like the size of the glasses but if you need super light weight glasses, you may not like these.
