One bag made a lot of macaroons

Used this for macaroons. It was a nice product that didn't clump so I didn't need to sift it when we were using it.
Great value

This is a great value and a great product. My granddaughter and I love to make French macaroon cookies and this is the only flower we will use with. A lot less expensive than buying it in any store and it gets delivered to the front door. By the way, if you purchase this, make some French macarons with it. They're delicious.

2c almond flour
1Tb Baking Powder
S&p
1/2tsp (or so?) Garlic powder
I sometimes add grill seasonings! The Cajun (I think it's Mccormick) makes these so good!
2 cups shredded cheese (I like sharp cheddar)
Mix, make well in center, add wet ingredients:
4 eggs
1/4 half n half
1/2Tb butter extract (optional, but life changing)
Mix, spoon into 9 big ol chonky biscuits on a baking sheet (I put parchment paper down) and bake at 350 until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Enjoy!
I like to split them in half like a burger bun and make sandwiches with them :)
