I bought this for my daughter who is autistic and was growing out of 5 point harness booster seats but still needs more structure than a typical seat belt. She is 6.5 yrs old 4'-3" and 65 lbs. I bought the large based on the sizing chart but was worried, given other reviews, that they run large and it would not fit. That was not my experience. The large fit her great and works to keep her secure. Will buy more for my other car.

I wanted to wait to write a review on this product with time and experience so here it goes- I purchased this Feb 2023 and it's been a year and well worth the money! It saves so much space when traveling with a toddler and it's easy to use. I have since told many friends and family members about it and even strangers and uber drivers who is interested!

When you're traveling the stress of carrying more things with kids may make you second guess even going but not this. I can always just jump into ubers/lyfts or any ridesharing services with the knowledge that my toddler will be safe with this car strap and the drivers can't deny us service. It's happened before. It's lightweight I can always wear it like a backpack in the given bag or stuff it into a backpack to carry around. My kid loves it and it's just like the review title easy peasy to use! If your kid is around 2.5 or 3 years old and you're always on the go or want to travel with ease I say this is a sound investment! I've traveled and use this a ton of times within this last year and it's still amazing to this day.

We ordered 2 small vests, one blue one black. I expected both to be exactly the same minus the color. What we got was a blue vest with headrest and no crotch strap or tether strap. And for the black we got the vest with crotch and tether strap with no headrest. We need two complete vests with crotch strap and tether strap, and now that the boys have seen the headrest they'd like that as well. I don't have a complete set with either. We're opting to get replacements from the manufacturer directly to try to get two complete sets.
That said, it is a very cool product that I fitted to two different children and I'm impressed. We are definitely going to be using these for travel!

I have a 5 year old and 6 year old who are 35 and 44 lbs. My 5 is 40.5 inches tall and my 6 year old is 47 inches . I initially bought the S and the L, thinking that 6 was going to be too tall for the S.

It turns out, the L was wayyyyy too big for her and the S fit perfectly. Meanwhile, the S was too big for 5. So I quickly bought an XS for 5. It arrived and fit perfectly, just in type for us to go on vacation!

My kids wore these vests for 3 weeks while we traveled around Europe. They worked well for us! Once we got the rhythm down, 6 was able to latch herself in completely (and I just checked to make sure it was right).

We will continue to use the 5 point harness seats at home. They are more comfortable for the kids and- let's be honest- their bulk makes me feel like they're safer.

However, these vests are perfect for traveling. We will also use them when they need to hop into someone else's car!
